Robert Howe, Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Howe graduated Magna Cum Laude from UCLA with a degree in Economics. Mr. Howe has extensive experience in financial analysis, budgeting, cash flow projections, preparation of financial statements and negotiating agreements with buyers, lenders, partners, governmental agencies and investors. He spent 15 years with Weyerhaeuser Real Estate Company and its subsidiaries during which time he held positions as Financial Analyst, Controller and Vice President of Finance. He also spent nearly 4 years as Vice President with P. Hendley & Associates, a real estate developer formerly located in Kent, WA, 7 years as Vice President of Finance for the Polygon Group and 4 years as an independant real estate developer. During his career, Mr. Howe has sold over $300 million of real estate and arranged over $700 million of financing. Mr. Howe is responsible for providing accounting and financial services.
